Every project has a contract.

The MSAs are tied to SOWs (Statement of Work) that either have a fixed price arrangement or a time & materials arrangement.

We ask for a 30% advance on all arrangements.

We have clients from Europe, the US and UK. We can invoice in EUR, GBP and USD.

Most of the team works from the GMT +1 timezone (Belgium).

Johan (founder Obra) works from the GMT -6 timezone in Mexico City.
